There is really no 'pay it forward' section that I know of. I think the individual post could be put in the Main or the Classified. There are several posts. This is the primary one:

You mentioned you don't post very often and related that to selling in the Classified. I wanted to assure you that our Admin and moderators have other ways to know if you are an active member of the board. If you did want to sell something please pm Admin or any of the moderators. They can make an exception. Or you could say hello to 20 new members and your title will change to 'regular user'. Then you could sell too.
