I agree...talking doesn't have to mean confrontation. If I were accepting payment for any work, I would really like all my customers to feel they had value for money and the work was of high standard. If we don't communicate, problems compound, no good for anyone. Let us know how you get on, and by the way...the quilt is beautiful.
