I use to order all of my ACU fabric from them. I never really had to deal with customer service, but I always got what I ordered in a timly manner. They are located in St. Louis Missouri and I was living in Ft. Campbell KY at the time. I now live in Missouri about 50 miles from the store and I have never been there. Maybe I should put it on my todo list!
