What goes inside potholders? I tried Insulbrite and didn't realize that I was supposed to use several layers of warm and natural too. They weren't good, heated up very quickly. However, several layers of W&N with insulbright seems too bulky. I'd like to do this but I'm afraid that mine would be to amaturish since I haven't been successful so far.
I've successfully used 1 layer of denim and 1 layer of batting in the middle, as well as 3 layers of low-loft batting. Haven't tried Insulbrite.
