Haven't read any but the first page, so someone else may have already mentioned this. What I've discovered with fleece is that some of it is quite stable and some has a good bit of stretch to it, so check the stretch on the ones you like before deciding which one to buy. Also some of them are heavier than others, so you will need to consider that as well.
But whatever you pick will be great with your lovely quilt!
