Dear, do hope the find the house of your dreams.. Is this your first house? Or are just making a change or upgrading? Good luck this can time consuming. We did this forty years ago, when we first got married, and now living here so long (40 yrs) I would not think of moving. We've remodeled the house a couple of times.
