Obviously it was YOUR day! That means you will probably get the house you want; for your "new" sewing machine. People have no idea what value those old machines really are. And since Singer made so many their value (to them) is low. But to us, who use them, they are beyond value. I just remember all those years that every time I saw a new machine with some new fangled gadget, I wanted it because my old machine didn't have it. Of course now I have the newest, best model Viking has, and I was thrilled to get my mother's 1936 Singer running. And now I want to make something on it. Go figure...
