My friend just finished a baby quilt for a new granddaughter. It was one with 3-d pinwheels. I wished she had seen this idea to make the pinwheels before she started her quilt. I think babies would really love the feel of the satin. I bookmarked this idea to use at a later date. I make a baby quilt each month to be given at my quild meeting for charity.
