Sure am going to watch the replies to your question as I am planning a memory quilt in memory of my Dad. I have been collecting the fabrics, all music themed as he was a musician. Just bought the printing fabric sheets last week but I was really thinking of buying a new printer before I start this project. I just am not sure what to buy. I had seen on a video about printing on fabrics at the website (thequiltshow.com), I think. They said to use a printer that uses pigment ink. Epson printers use the durabright ink that is pigment ink. I have been looking at the Epson printers on line but have not made a decision yet. I will wait and see what the advice is on this topic. Sorry I was not any help... The videos at that website are very informative about printing on fabric. I am new to this so need some direction. Good luck on your project.
