I just read where Spirit Airlines is now charging for carry on.
:evil: :thumbdown: I get constant ads for "bargain" fares but find that once you add the charges for baggage, etc. the most cost effective is Southwest. They're the only airline I bother with anymore. In 35 years of flying I have had many issues with many airlines while only one problem with Southwest and they made it right asap.
