I've used this before with great success and really liked the product. It may not be the starch....ahhh, that's interesting. I lifted an edge and sprayed the top fabric. No prob, so I resprayed another part of the batting, much better. I did the backing and DD did the top. Think maybe she had it on too shallow an angle and too much air came out of the can with very little adhesive, even tho it felt sticky.
Sure hope that's the only prob because I just remembered the border were not starched and did not stick... *sigh* I is an ongoing journey isn't it!
