That is where it gets me. And yes, I do the frequent brake thing, too. But after a day of sewing, my back is really sore and tired.
I can so relate! I do the same hunching my shoulders up to my ears! Dang it hurts. Bad habit that I am trying to break. I am a tense person anyway. Not fun.
