So thanks for the fun idea. I went and bought permanent markers (an 8 pack for 4 bucks at walmart, part of the back to school sale, if anyone else is in need) and some rubbing alcohol. I had tons of fun. First I used some muslin and man it really bled. Then I tried some other fabric and a little less rubbing alcohol :) Anyways lots of fun. I made 4 different pieces. I bought a pile of "stuff" at a rummage sale which included some old muslin. I've washed it in Oxy-clean and I've been moving it about wondering what to do with it. ------------next women's meeting at my church will have a sharpie/alcohol demonstration.
