Where is the best resource for hand quilting online? I am starting from scratch... not sure if there are special needles, thread, stitches, ect.

I was thinking of doing Grandmothers Flower Garden... is that a good choice?
Not sure if you are a beginner or not but the Grandmothers flower garden is a bit daunting for a beginner. Maybe use larger hexagons. I'm an experienced quilter (some days not so!LOL) and I used the larger hexagons. I believe mine are 2.5 across. However this is a good project for lots of hand sewing. Are you going to hand sew on the seam line or are you going to piece using english paper piecing? Either way have lots of fun!
