Grew them for the first time this year and the first part of our summer was sooooo good that my one plant has given a huge number. I was giving them away, cooking with them, making chutney with them and then ran out of ideas.
Then I found a lovely brownie recipe that uses zucchini, no dairy and no eggs. The family begs me every other day to make more of them, soft, chewy and very moist.
