Mary, I am so sorry this person did that to you. I would check with the company and see if there is a way to get the rails. I haven't seen one of these frames, so I am not sure what they look like. What are the rails made out of? Is there any possiblilty of getting someone to make them. I wish I lived closer to be able to help you. I understand being afraid when you live alone. You just don't know what some of the crazy people out there will do.
