Would have loved to know your grandmother, Lori! That advise is priceless! And Mary,if you can get new tracks for your machine at a reasonable cost and a recommendation from the quilt store for someone to put it together... then you can put this behind you, concentrate on being creative with your new frame, and continue on with your healing...physically and emotionally.
