When someone is rude to me, I like to "hit 'em in the head with love." I'd have asked her if she was having a bad day or if she was tired from walking all over the exhibit. sometimes you listen to the angel on your shoulder, but the offender is kicking you in your gut and you forget and listen to the other one! Oh well, I'll probably go on being a very nice mouse, but it's fun once in a while to blow off a little steam to friends ;-)
