Count me in! I need to lose 50 lbs. I've decided to not go on a traditional diet. I'm going to "measure" my food and not eat in between meals. Also, cut the chips and Blue Bell icecream! I started this morning to walk up the hill and back. I think I'll get my husband to take a picture of me from the neck down...then another at the end of the month. Thanks for the encouragement!
