I am all about getting serious about this weight loss situation. I have been doing this now for almost 6 months and have lost about 40 pounds. Hopefully within the next 6 weeks or so I will have my surgery. Then WATCH OUT ladies...I am going to do every single thing the doc says to do and (God willing) I will lose the 250 pounds I still need to lose!
