I just read the spoon theory. I understand because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and deal with it on a daily basis. I never know how my day is going to be when I wake up. But whenI am having a pity party, I think of others who are worse off than me, and then I am glad that is all I have. Some days are worse than others but I manage to get by by taking care of myself.
