Burgers and fries???? I had to have some potato chips, cheese with pepperoni (sp) last but not least I had to have ritz crackers! I was afraid I was going to be hungry all day. lol But today I am doing better, went for a walk with my dogs then had to stop by McDonalds to get a smoothie---mmmmgooood that has 260 cal. that is my lunch :thumbup: I need to loose 15 lbs also.
