My huz had knee surgery to remove part of his mediscus(sp). PT had him on a cycle 3 days after surgery. I also watched many knee replacement patients on the cycles in PT.
Perhaps your huz can set your bike up in the house, so it's stationary, and you can pratice cycling, without moving, until you get your knee muscles built back up.
