My aunt had knee replacement surgery about a month ago.
She came home from the hospital and went to Walmart! I thought it took about 3 months to get back to normal but it took her about 3 days. She said it was painful but got better the more she used the knee. The Dr. said she was doing fine and she could do whatever she could tolerate. I wouldn't listen to anyone much less my DH, concerning me recovering from surgery, I'd listen to my Dr. and PT and my body.
