BellaBoo---I may have put that wrong about my hubby he is really kind and I think he was trying to encourage me,but maybe it is time to slow down but i really enjoy my cycle,especially when a neighbour of ours who has had both knees replaced can ride her cycle but she is stronger willed than me I think!!
