You'll need to make a hose buddy for your hose because it will certainly cut down on rainout. I'm going to order a hose manager as I use nasal pillows and that extra foot of hose that comes with the mask pulls on my hose and the manager will help that a lot and it also will keep down the rainout. I tried to fashion one with an old fishing rod, but that did not work out. I also have a nasal mask as a back up. I just got the pillows a couple of weeks ago.
