I got it from a tutorial on this board. You sew to the middle, keep the needle in while lifting the presser foot and "turn" the fabric so you can finish with a straigt seam. Clear???
In this case I had to turn with the help of tweezer and pin, but it worked. It got little after trimming, before the size was manageable.
@Judith: enjoy yourself. I am sadly out of the country. One quiltshow in Switzerland and I miss it!?
