I would love to know how to adjust. I am trying to stick to it carefully for now only been on it since 8-24. first test too low(more shots) second test few days in the middle- no shots. today is the first full week. cross fingers please. I know it is minor in the grand scheme of things and am thankful but do not like needles. :(
once you get you levels leveled out then you could probably start to eat those lovely green veggies and as long as you are going for levels you will be adjusting as needed. I would talk to you docs however. and I would talk to nutritionists as well as some alternative docs. this way you will be getting the most info. you should do some internet searches for coumadin and learn everything that you can about the drug and any others that you are on and learn the best way to eat from that. what works for one will not work for others because we are all different.
