In the meanwhile, there is a great place called Rosie's Calico Cupboard in San Diego - 20,000 bolts of fabric, a seatrunk full of buttons, and entire room of notions and tools. An entire building dedicated to our addiction. Sweet! First time I went in there I was dumbstruck silent for about 1hr my hubby said. Didn't say a word, just went from room to room touching, ohhing and piling up bolt after bolt. And my hubby was adding to the cause. (He likes to fabric shop with me).
Not sure now if I should stop in at the Paducah Warehouse, may just faint dead away. (wink!) Oh what the heck, you only live once, I'm game. Now where did I hide that credit card?
I went to visit my friend in San Diego and she asked if I wanted to go to a store near by that had fabric? (She is not a quilter) I of course said sure. It was Rosies!!! WOW what a great place. We spent 2 hours there. Could have spent more time but didn't want to be rude.
I am going to go back to visit in a few weeks. Rosie's here we come.
