We have travel companions and she quilts (in fact, she is the one that got me started sewing again.). She also has a Janome 11000. We have a wonderful time on the road visiting quilt and fabric shops across the U.S. I would do without pots and pans before I would do without my sewing machine. :)
Me, too! LOVE my 11000, and my Janome 7700--and we, too, are full-timers. Have my 11000 in the RV, and will have the 7700 in the sewing room at our RV resort in the winter. But summertime, they are BOTH in the RV.
