He said that natural sugar is better then all the other sweeteners and if you decrease it you wont notice and you can control how much goes in
Sugar isn't my problem I don't put sugar in coffee or tea and I hate soda. My problem is butter and cream. I love heavy cream if I were to have a glass of whole milk I would put about 1/4 cup of heavy cream in it. I could drink the stuff plain. The other thing is butter, I could take a stick out of the fridge and it it (not really but you get the point)

I am not a cereal person but when I want to lose weight I will eat some. I eat Arrowhead Mills puffed rice cereal that is unsweetened and to add sweetness fresh fruit works wonder for me since I am not a sugar person. I also like Complete all bran cereal, there might be sugar in that but it has a low calorie count.

Sugar is no different then anything else you are addicted to, you have to wean yourself off of it. So it should be every 3 days you cut the amount in 1/2. So if you started off with 4 tbsp on day 4 you then would cut it to 2 tbsp and on day 7 it would be 1 tbsp and day 10 1/2 tbsp and by day 13 you should stop all together................Oh but abbyquilts you are not taking my advice>>>>>>LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
