I think the only thing I have "given up" is the obsessive reading. One obsession for another :) I haven't given up sleep but do lose alot of it due to planning and whatnot of the next quilt.
I do still read just not as much - I like to take periodic breaks from quilting and that is when I pick up a few good books again.
