The problem is a lot of people(read: family) want me to make quilts for them to give as gifts. I have already made quilts for everyon for their B'days. My sister wanted me to make 2 quilts for her goddaughters. I said materials would be around 125 to 150 . I was going to charege $1.25 per hour for labor. Well she hit the roof...expected me to do it for free and she thought the materials were too high. She wanted twin sized quilts.
