The blocks are 12 x 6 set 4 x 5 for the twin.
to increase to queen it calls for another row to the width. which I guess brings it to a 93 1/2 square. The blocks are set diagonally and would be a 5 x 5 setting for queen. so going from twin with 20 blocks to queen is 25 blocks, an increase of 25% Maybe for king you need one row each direction for a 6 x 6 setting. That's 36 blocks. That would mean that you need double the fabric? No, that doesn't sound right. Hope fully you have studied this pattern. I will keep looking in the book for hints of what to do for a King
