Oh absolutely finish it. I did a quilt I thought I would hate, but I wanted to finish it, and it's acually one of my favorites. When it IS FINISHED, it will be beautiful and your BFF will absolutely love it. If she doesn' send it to me. LOL So get up, and sew all your hard work together and you will feel good about it.
