Splenda is the sweetener of choice in our house. I do use some sugar when cooking and my spouse uses the 'pink' packets for coffee.
There have been some large changes to the way I cook in the past year. My spouse suffered with migraines very often and we just figured out what caused them, WHEAT. Now everything needs to be wheat-free. I make wheat-free everything - crackers, granola, bread, pizza... It's been a challenge but a headache free spouse is worth it.
