Hairdo's in those days certainly was weird. I thought I had a migrain headache for 4 days in my senior year. It was caused from teasing my hair so tight rofl. I have worn short hair ever since.
Had a cancan skirt when I was real young but half way thru high school we switched to go go boots and mini skirts rofl. Remember the teachers measuring the length and sending us home if to short. So yoiu rolled them up and let them down when you spotted them chefcking. WOW what memories.lol
How funny! I went to an all girls Catholic high school and we had to wear uniforms. We always rolled up our skirts after school and went to the neighborhood hangout to meet up with the boys from the boys' high school. Sometimes the nuns would be waiting for us to catch us with our skirts rolled up! They also cut our bangs if they were too long. But we did have one very elderly nun who sold Avon during Latin class so when we didn't want to read Homer and Cicero in Latin we would get her to show us the new Avon catalog and products. And go-go boots and mini-skirts...oh, yeah...I did that too! When my kids were teenagers I could never criticize their clothing choices because I would quickly be reminded of all the "fashions" I wore when I was a teen!
