Just start with the simple blocks like the 9 patch and so on even thought u do not have CD. Do some of the abpique blocks but rember to cut ur background piece al leat 5 1/2 inches to give yoiu room to work on and and possible rqaveling of fab. If u are going to use muslin I suggest you buy a yard of quality and purchase at a quilt shop. A yard will go a long while. I know that Dear jane is a year(s) adventure and sometimes muslin stains yellows and such. Just my suggestions. Come play with us and make ur Dear Jane with us.
