I love all the responses/suggestions/ideas so far... I am in the process of seeing all that needs to be done - we've decided to go so far as to do a corporation (tax purposes) and am getting all our ducks in a row - will be submitting all things soon!:) I'll let you know the name in a couple of days when we know FOR SURE.
