I think gift cards to a restaurant or a bed-and-breakfast, or even a nice florist that they could pick out some flowers when they want to would be terrific. You could buy them a wine of the month package, or make a donation to charity to honor them. The other thing I think everyone can always use are an assortment of really nice picture frames - they can put wedding pictures in them!
