I would take the book with broken cd to the post office and ask to speak to the supervisor over the mail carriers. The carrier must have used excess force to fold it, the book won't bend that easily, so it should have been obvious the package would have been ruined using that much force. And it's the fault of the seller by putting the book in a soft package with a cd inside. All books should be mailed in hard envelope or box. That's sloppy customer service. I hope you get a new cd, it's not fair two places messed up.
