I like mine. They're great for those intersecting seams. And, because they're looped, I can just remove them with my stilletto as I come to them. A few years back, with garment sewing, I made the mistake of sewing over straight pins and threw my machine out of timing. Now, I pull them out as I come to them but with straight pins I need to stop, pull the pin and continue. With fork pins, I can just slip the stilletto into that loop and pull as my other hand guides the fabric.
