I bet you would not even notice the broccoli, and no, I did not try it. Nor the brain pancakes, which, I just checked, are Czechoslovakian brain pancakes (makes all the difference). They have a large section for what was called "offal". Even have a subsection for leftover sweetbreads. Yeah, I bet a LOT of them were leftover...
