I have bought all my Vikings, including my Diamond, from JoAnns and been very happy. The staff in the Viking Galleries locally are excellent and provide mastery classes equal to any I have received at independent dealerships - far better, in fact, than the ones provided by my Pfaff/Baby Lock dealer.
