That one is referred to as Secret Pals -- no Secret Quilt Angels (SQA) as this one is.
I'm only in the SQA swap (which participants signed up for prior to January and which runs for a full year) but have read about this month by month pals swap. This link regarding the June Secret Pals swaps should help clear up your confusion:
