Maybe we need to petion Joanns and ask that they don't have so many sales at one time or not have the coupons for those items they have on sale. Or even better yet LET US USE the coupons even if it is on sale. But then they would probably make the coupons only 10 20% off.
They used to have a policy to raise the price of the sale item back to regular price and then use your coupon for the discount. I wonder why they stopped that practice?
