my joanns is pretty good too. I've figured out that it's the manager I don't care for. But I hardly ever have a problem that needs resolving by him. The staff is usually able to handle anything I need. (Oh dear, that's not a sign of a good manager is it? I think I may have just paid him a compliment!)
