I do not have a purchased pattern of these, I just drew out my own shape and started putting the pieces together after I saw one of those panel pieces about 8 years ago in a fabric shop ( do not even remember the name of the shop) anyways all I can show you would be a picture of what I drew out after buying the panel piece and making that one years ago. Can you give us basic sizes. With these pics we could probably figure it out. I'm assuming you used "cheater" fabric.
