It's too bad you don't live around here. there are always 4 or 5 treadle machines on CL -most of them are around or under $100
I hit the jackpot this past Saturday at an estate auction...2 treadle machines on it. No, I only bought one...it is a Montgomery Wards machine in the cabinet and has all the attachments plus the instruction book, some bobbins and a few (old!) Singer sewing machine needles...bought it for $50. It's going to need a new belt. (The other treadle was a Singer, but not in as good shape, and the cabinet was showing signs of wear. Oh, there was also an old hand-crank machine, but part of the throat plate was missing, so the bobbin/shuttle would pop out when the crank was turned. I believe it sold for $3.)
My machine is still riding around in the back of my Jimmy...I need help unloading it. Hopefully my DH and DS can do so tomorrow. Then I'll try to get pics and figure out how to post them...
