When I first saw the options I thought: "I like the yellow but it is alittle bright" So if indeed you still have enough of the center yellow fabric that would likely be my choice. If not the yellow, another solid color (maybe a nice blue). I think the white is just too much white and the patterned fabric steals the thunder of those beautiful blocks. Just one more opinion.
